***Fiore's Deli will suspend shipping from Monday August 9th, to Monday August 16th.*********
Most of our cheese products are made fresh daily and are highly
perishable. These items are shipped in temperature controlled
containers with gel ice packs and can only be shipped next day air,
priority overnight, or 2nd day delivery.
Fiore's Deli strongly recommends that someone be available to receive and sign
for the shipment upon arrival so it can be enjoyed fresh and
refrigerated as soon as possible. we also ask that you inspect your
order when it arrives to ensure it lives up to Fiore's deli quality
standards. If for any reason you feel our products do not meet the
standards we put forth, call us as soon as you receive your order and
we will be happy to resolve the issue.
In the unlikely event that an item has spoiled during normal transit
conditions, Fiore's deli will gladly refund or replace the item or
items. You may opt to have your shipment left at your door by the
shipping company. While this may be convenient , Fiore's Deli cannot be
responsible for spoilage. Also, we are not responsible for merchandise
returned to the shipping company's storage facility.
Delays may occur due to inclement weather or other events and we
will do our best to resolve these issues when and if they do occur.
Non-perishable items will be shipped Fed-ex ground,UPS, or Priority
Mail flat rate boxes(when size permits) unless you request priority
overnight or guaranteed 2nd day delivery.
Orders received after 12:00 Noon, EST will be processed the following
